5UF VPN Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Applies to all products and services provided by 5UF VPN, including users who subscribe via App Store, Google Play, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or credit card.
1. Our Commitment: Privacy First, Minimal Data Collection
5UF VPN is committed to providing a no-log, no-tracking, and interference-free internet experience.
We adhere to the common industry practices of VPN services:

No logging of browsing history, DNS queries, connection contents, or communication data

No behavior profiling or data analysis

No sale, sharing, or misuse of user data
2. What We Collect (Minimal Required Data)
We only collect two essential pieces of information at registration:

Username (for account identification)

Email address (for service notifications and password recovery)
We do not actively collect or store any personally identifiable information such as real name, physical address, or phone number.
3. What We Record During Usage
We do not record:

Websites you visit
-
DNS queries
-
Content of traffic or packet data
We only record aggregate bandwidth usage per account to help manage system resources.
Regarding IP Addresses:

Older protocols (e.g., PPTP, IKEv2, and outdated configurations) may temporarily log your IP for abuse prevention. These logs are retained for no more than 30 days and then permanently deleted.

For newer protocols (e.g., Trojan, Hysteria), used in Android App 3.0+ and iOS App 7.0+, we do not log IP addresses at all, and it is technically impossible to reconstruct the connection.
4. Device & Bandwidth Usage Policy

All plans support unlimited speed and cross-platform usage (mobile, tablet, desktop)

Daily data limit is 10GB, automatically reset every day

We limit simultaneous online devices, not total device count

Each additional simultaneous device increases the monthly price by 10%
5. Payment Methods & Processing
Third-Party Payments (Stripe, PayPal, Paddle)

All credit card transactions are processed via PCI-DSS compliant platforms

We do not access, log, or store any payment information such as credit card number, CVV, or billing address
Alipay & WeChat Pay

Integrated via third-party payment aggregators (e.g., Ping++ and similar)

We only receive confirmation of success/failure; we do not know your Alipay or WeChat account

Aggregators may retain limited transaction records, but 5UF VPN does not store or access them
Apple App Store / Google Play

All purchases, subscriptions, and refunds are managed by Apple/Google directly

We only receive metadata about subscription status or duration
-
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period

Renewal charges are processed within 24 hours before the next billing cycle begins
6. Auto-Renewal Policy (App Store Subscriptions)
Applies to 5UF “Premium Membership” purchased via App Store:

Monthly billing cycle (approx. 30 days, not calendar month)

Can be cancelled at any time in iOS Settings

After cancellation, service continues until end of current cycle
-
If cancelled during the trial period, membership ends immediately
-
Renewal charges are deducted from your iTunes balance
-
Subscription benefits sync across all your devices
7. Refund Policy
App Store / Google Play Subscriptions

For refunds, contact Apple or Google support directly

We cannot initiate refunds for in-app purchases

Once a refund is approved, the associated VPN account will be immediately disabled
Credit Card / Aggregator Payments

Credit card payments are eligible for a 7-day no-questions-asked refund
-
Refunds beyond 7 days require customer service review and approval

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed with your bank, the account will be permanently banned
8. Legal Cooperation Policy
We comply with the law, but only within strict limits:

We only cooperate with formal court-issued orders, not administrative or police requests
-
We will not cooperate with authorities from: China, Iran, Russia, North Korea
-
Even when cooperating, the only data we can provide is email, username, and registration time
9. Compliance with Singapore PDPA
As a company registered in Singapore, we fully comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA):

We collect only the minimal data necessary for service delivery

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data

All data is stored in data centers that comply with PDPA standards
10. Compliance with EU GDPR
We are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

We do not use automated profiling or AI-based decision-making

Users can request account/data deletion at any time

We do not sell, transfer, or share user data with any third party
